Anderson/Hopkins Memorial Scholarship
The scholarship was founded in 2008 in memory of two dedicated members Mr. Joseph Hopkins and Mr. Jesse Anderson, Jr. Known for their dedication to improving Connecticut's irrigation industry, furthing education and professionalism and a sense of humor, the scholarship honors their steadfastness.
Immediate families of CICA members in good standing (dues paid), who are still dependents, are eligible. CICA member must have been a member in good standing for no less than one year prior to application. (For 2023, must have been a member 2021-2022 & 2022-2023.) Applicants, other than first year college students, must maintain a minimum 2.5 grade point average and be enrolled as a full-time student taking at least 12 credit hours of instruction. Applicants must submit their latest transcripts as outlined in the application.
Applications will be available after Monday, March 7, 2023. Requests for applications must be made before Friday, April 7, 2023. The deadline for submitting applications is May 1, 2023.
